It's that time of year for annual holiday parties. Goofy Faces was at it again at the Joe Louis Arena in downtown Detroit drawing caricatures at the Ilitch Holdings annual Christmas Party. Employees of Little Caesars, the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Tigers enjoyed getting their caricatures drawn for 4 hours. This year, there were 11 artists set up in 2 groups. (the 12th artist was sick)
Once again, customers enjoyed having their caricatures drawn at another Chase Bank Grand Opening. This time the new location was 39540 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Chase Bank manager, Arnaud Diomande, was pleased enough to have Goofy Faces stay an extra half hour. Do you know any business owner who is planning a grand opening? Have them contact us!
Each year, Lentine Mortgage orders a custom color caricature to use as their holiday invite to their company Christmas Party. They have ordered an annual holiday caricature for the past 6 years now and each year they request a unique Christmas theme. This year's request was the Nutcracker Suite. Goofy Faces caricatures are very popular during the holidays. Many people order their own family caricature from our website to use as their Christmas card. Others hire our artists to come and entertain at the holiday parties. It's not too late. Want a caricature? Drop us a line!
Comcast Cable held its bi-annual CablePalooza to thank its local advertisers and Goofy Faces was on-hand to entertain guests with themed caricatures at The Henry in Dearborn, MI. This year's theme involved acrobat performers so Goofy Faces came up with an appropriate pre-printed template so each guest could be drawn as one of the acrobats. Both Comcast attendees and the guests enjoyed them all throughout the evening.
Last night Goofy Faces was on-hand for a ladies-night birthday bash held at the Home & Garden Shop in Troy, MI. Thursday morning, guests of the Hyatt Place's Open House Celebration enjoyed being drawn by Goofy Faces during their visit. For 3 hours, Goofy Faces entertained vendors and attendees of WESCO's annual trade show event co-sponsored by Communications Supply Corporation. Once again, Goofy Faces was drawing caricatures at the Art & Apples Festival in Rochester, MI. This year, guest-caricature artist, Glenn Ferguson was in town from Orlando, FL to help Robert draw and entertain guests of the festival.
